Day 1 : Delhi to Leh.
Flight for Leh In time you will be transferred to the domestic airport by the representative to catch the flight for Leh. On your arrival in Leh you will be greeted by our representatives there. They will assist you till the hotel as the rest of the day will be free for you to get familiar with the high altitude region. Also, you can continue with your personal activities followed by
overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 : Visit to Famous Monasteries in Leh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will head towards Shankar Gompa and Shanti Stupa. Shankar Gompa serves as the residence of the Head Lama. This gompa is popular for its brilliant architecture. Also the wall paintings grab a lot of appreciation from the visitors. Overlooking the splendid Leh valley is situated one of the most recent pious monument of Ladakh, Shanti Stupa. It was constructed by ‘The Japanese for world peace’, a Japanese Buddhist Organization as a mark of respect to 2500 years of Buddhism and was inaugurated by his holiness, the Dalai Lama in August 1985.
Later in the afternoon, you will visit Phyang and Spituk Monastery. Spituk Monastery dates back to 11th century and is the venue to the famous Gustor Festival. Phyang Gompa is popular for its 900 years old museum. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 3 : Full Day Excursion in Leh
Today you will visit the Shey, Thiksey, Hemis and Stok Gompas. Shey Monastery is famous for the large image of seated Buddha Shalyamuni inside it, considered to be the largest metal statue and the second largest Buddha statue in the region of Ladakh. Thiksey Monastery is a twelve storeyed building with 10 temples and nunnery inside it. Hemis Gompa is the Ladakh’s largest and richest Gompa, situated 48 km away from Leh. It is famous for a huge painting of Buddha which is displayed before the public only once in 11 years. Built in 1814, Stok Gompa is open to the public only during the daytime. It is famous for its rich collection of dance-drama masks. Return back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4 : Trekking to Zinchen
After having your morning meal you will drive to Spituk. From here you will trek to Zinchen. It is a beautiful village, situated at the foothills of the Stok-la range. It is also a part of the famous Hemis National Park. Here you will camp for the overnight.

Day 5 : Zinchen to Rumbak
The fifth day you will begin trekking to Rumbak over Stok-La which is 4800 Mts. The whole trek is thoroughly adventurous as the trek to Stok-la (3km) is a steep ascend while up to Rumbak it follows a deep descent. It will take near about 6 hours to cover the distance of 12 km.

Day 6 to Day 08 : Explore the Wildlife at Rumbak
Rumbak is a beautiful small shepherd rural community with few houses. This place represents a rich cultural diversity comprising of Tibetan Buddhist monasteries dragon dancers and paintings. Here you will have a chance to explore the beautiful wildlife of the Rumbak Valley. Lucky ones may spot the nomadic snow leopard here. Apart from this you can also discover here the Himalayan fox, bharal or blue sheep, wolf etc. Later you will have dinner in the tents at Rumbak and will spend your night there.

Day 9 : Trek to Shingo
Today you will trek towards Shingo. From Rumbak you will move up to Gnadla and will enjoy your packed Lunch here. After the lunch you will have the benefit of an easy descend to Shingo. It will take 4 to 5 hours to complete the whole trek. Overnight camping will be at Shingo.

Day 10 : Skiu
On the tenth day, as you proceed towards Skiu, you will cross 5 hours long trekking path. As you will move ahead on your route you will come closer to the nature as you witness breathtaking snow capped mountains with breathtaking canyons and beautiful vistas. This will be followed by overnight camping.

Day 11 : From Skiu to Markha
Enjoy the amazing views while heading towards Markha passing through Hermoger and Saser. It is an easy walk on the route parallel to Markha River which you will cover a distance of 15km in approx. 6 hours. On the way you will take pleasure in an overwhelming visual delight offered by thriving vegetation, eye-catching flora and fauna.

Day 12 - day 13 : Leisure in Nimaling
Markha valley possesses beautiful green oasis and offers breath taking views of snow capped mountains. The main village Markha situated at the height of 4500 Mts. has scattered potato and barley fields. These fields seem quite colorful in the otherwise barren environment. Markha Valley is the house to a unique biodiversity. A wide range of highland flora, mammals and vivid fauna can be found here. Lucky ones may spot the rare wild life residents like Snow Leopard, Ibex and Himalayan Blue Sheep. Click and capture these beautiful moments for forever remembrance. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.

Day 14 : Thachungtse (4250 m)
After a nutritious breakfast, you will walk towards Thochungtse. After descending several kilometers you will come close to a monastery. Soon after crossing a bridge you will enter Humlung. Here, at the villages of Humlung and Hankar, you will experience the traditional Tibetan living style. Also, you will have the traditional lunch before proceeding towards the remaining half of your trek. After five to six hours, your day will finally conclude in Thochungste. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp.

Day 15 : Trek to Nimaling
Trek to Nimaling is a gradual walk of about 12 km that will be covered in about 6 hrs. Nimaling has a far-reaching paddock where numerous sheep, yaks, goats and cowyak crossbreeds graze during the summers. This adventurous trekking is followed by Dinner and overnight stay in tents

Day 16 : Trek from Nimaling to Gya
Early in the morning, you will head towards Gya and later on you will reach Gya / Latho. It is a beautiful village surmounting the river of the same name. Here, you will also find a Buddhist Gompa accompanied by various stupas. Here you will spend your night in the camp.

Day 17 : Drive to Pangong
After early breakfast drive upwards along the Right Bank of the Indus River. Turn left from the Karu towards Chemdey Gompa and from there on keep moving along the sharp roadside towards Chang La. You will spend the night in the village of Spangmik which resides along the shoreline of Pangong Lake.

Day 18 : Leisure at Pangong
Eighteenth day you will spend your entire day exploring the beautiful Pangong Tso and its wildlife. Pangong Lake that derives its name from the word hollow is a very long, narrow stretch of water located at an altitude of 14,500 feet. It extends from the east of the Ruthong region of Tibet till the west reaching the neighborhood of Chisul. It forms a boundary between Ladakh and Ruthong as it bends to the North West. One can found here rare migratory birds and the uncommon black necked cranes.

Day 19 : Drive Back to Leh
After an early morning breakfast you will leave for Leh. On your arrival our representatives will take you to the hotel for the overnight.
